Anyone who works in a customer-focused role who wants or needs to improve their customer service and communication skills when dealing with people at all levels. The methods of interaction may cover a wide range of situations including face to face, telephone, post, email, text and social media. A Customer Service Apprentice is likely to work at the front end of an employer’s business activities and regularly assist customers.
